KVKK Privacy Notice (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698)
Identity, contact, family, application, document, payment and transaction records may be processed, on the basis of the relevant legal grounds, for the purposes of eligibility assessment, the formation and performance of the contract, consultancy coordination, financial record-keeping, information security and compliance with legal obligations.
Data may be shared, only to the extent required by the service, with the application consultant, authorised legal and financial review specialists, the insurance provider, the payment institution, the technical service provider and competent public authorities. Where a transfer abroad is required, a valid transfer mechanism and the necessary explicit consent/information process are applied.
02
Privacy Policy
Files and documents should be protected by role-based access, activity logging, secure connections, backups and retention-period controls. User passwords and verification codes must not be shared with third parties.
03
Cookie Policy
Strictly necessary cookies may be used for secure sessions and core functions. Analytics or marketing cookies should only be activated after an explicit choice has been obtained. Users should be able to change their preferences later.
04
Terms of Use and Legal Liability
EspNomad is an independent process-management and consultancy platform; it is not a consulate, ministry or any other public body. The information provided is general in nature and does not replace personalised legal or tax advice. The outcome of an application and processing times are not guaranteed.
05
Pre-contract Information
Before purchase, the user should be provided, on a durable medium, with the scope of the service, the total price, the currency, taxes, official fees, third-party costs, the payment schedule, the performance period, withdrawal/cancellation terms and complaint channels.
06
Distance Service Contract
The contract should clearly set out the verified details of the service provider, the client, the scope of the service, the payment plan, the conditions for starting, the obligations of the parties, digital deliverables, the dispute resolution method and the governing law. The record of acceptance should be stored with date and version information.
07
Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Terms
An absolute clause such as “no refunds” must not be used. The consumer’s mandatory rights are reserved. The refund calculation should be explained transparently in the contract, taking into account the services completed, official/third-party costs already paid and the applicable law.
08
Payment and Receipt Information
After each payment, a payment receipt in Turkish and English should be issued containing the company name, the client, the date, the amount, the currency, exchange-rate information, the payment method, the service stage and a unique document number. A payment receipt may not replace an invoice or fiscal document required by law.

Data Subject Requests
Users may exercise their rights to access, rectify and erase their personal data, to restrict processing, to object and, where applicable, to data portability. The verified email and postal address of the data controller must be published in this section before the site goes live.
